1. Our Safety Commitment
AMANA is committed to maintaining a safe, honest, and professional platform for all users. We take platform integrity seriously and invest in tools, policies, and processes designed to promote trust and reduce risk.
However, AMANA is a technology platform only. AMANA cannot guarantee the conduct, identity, or intentions of any user on the platform. Users must exercise their own caution and judgment in all interactions, communications, and transactions that occur on or through the platform.
This Trust & Safety Policy describes AMANA's approach to platform safety, the principles we enforce, the tools we use, and the limitations of our role. All users are expected to read and understand this policy.
2. What Safety Means on AMANA
Safety on AMANA means:
- ✓Accurate profiles — users represent themselves and their businesses truthfully
- ✓Honest communication — users communicate with each other in good faith
- ✓Legitimate business activity — users use the platform only for lawful commercial purposes
- ✓Respectful conduct — users treat all other users professionally and with dignity
- ✓Transparent use of the AMANA Verified badge — the badge reflects a limited Trade License review only and is not misrepresented
Safety on AMANA does NOT mean:
- ✗AMANA vouches for any user, company, or individual on the platform
- ✗Any transaction conducted on or through the platform is safe or guaranteed
- ✗Any verified company is trustworthy in all respects
3. AMANA Verified — Safety Limitations
The AMANA Verified badge reflects a limited Trade License review only, conducted at the time of submission. It does not constitute, and must not be treated as:
- ✗A background check of any person or company
- ✗A financial verification or creditworthiness assessment
- ✗A criminal record check
- ✗A regulatory compliance verification
- ✗An endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by AMANA
- ✗Proof that the company is currently operating lawfully
- ✗Evidence that the Trade License remains valid today
Users must conduct their own independent due diligence before entering any commercial, contractual, or financial relationship with any user on the platform, regardless of verified status. Please review AMANA's Verification Policy for full details.
4. Platform Safety Principles
All users of AMANA are expected to uphold the following platform safety principles at all times:
5. Fraud Prevention
AMANA takes fraud seriously and is committed to protecting users from fraudulent activity on the platform. AMANA monitors for and may investigate the following indicators, among others:
- ·Suspicious account creation patterns
- ·Multiple accounts associated with the same device or IP address
- ·Reported fake or impersonated profiles
- ·Documents suspected of being forged, altered, or fraudulent
- ·Unusual or suspicious messaging patterns consistent with scams or phishing
- ·Offers that display characteristics associated with fraud (e.g., investment scams, Ponzi schemes, unauthorized financial services)
AMANA may restrict or suspend accounts pending investigation where fraud indicators are present. AMANA does not guarantee that all fraudulent activity will be detected or prevented.
6. Reporting Safety Concerns
If you encounter a safety concern on the platform, report it to AMANA immediately. Early reporting helps AMANA act quickly and protect other users.

- ·A description of the safety concern
- ·Any supporting evidence (screenshots, messages, documents)
AMANA will acknowledge safety reports received by email and will investigate all reports received in good faith.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
Where AMANA identifies a violation of its policies or a safety concern, AMANA may take any of the following actions, in its sole discretion:
- ·Remove content that violates AMANA's policies
- ·Restrict features or functionality for a user account
- ·Suspend a user account pending investigation
- ·Terminate a user account
- ·Preserve evidence relevant to a suspected violation or legal matter
- ·Cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities where required or permitted
All enforcement decisions are at AMANA's sole discretion. AMANA does not guarantee any specific response time or specific outcome in connection with any report or investigation.
8. Emergency or Serious Harm Situations
If you believe someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. AMANA cannot provide emergency response services.
For serious harm situations involving the platform — such as active fraud, credible threats communicated through AMANA, or other urgent safety matters — please contact AMANA immediately:

AMANA will prioritise urgent safety reports but cannot guarantee real-time response. Emergency situations must always be reported to local emergency services first.
10. User Responsibility
AMANA cannot guarantee the safety of any interaction or transaction conducted on or through the platform. Users must:
- ·Conduct their own independent due diligence before entering into any commercial, contractual, or financial relationship with any other user
- ·Seek independent legal and financial advice where appropriate before making significant commitments
- ·Not rely solely on AMANA's platform, badge system, or any platform feature to assess the trustworthiness of another user
- ·Report suspicious activity to AMANA promptly
- ·Exercise reasonable caution and professional judgment in all interactions
11. Limitations of AMANA's Role
AMANA is a technology platform and intermediary. AMANA is not, and does not act as, any of the following:
- ✗A law enforcement body
- ✗A regulatory or supervisory authority
- ✗A dispute resolution body
- ✗An arbitrator or mediator between users
- ✗A guarantor of any transaction, interaction, or business relationship
AMANA cannot and does not: investigate crimes, resolve disputes between users, or guarantee any outcome of any safety report or investigation. Users who experience disputes with other users must seek appropriate legal or professional recourse independently of AMANA.
