6. Effective Date

All AMANA legal documents are effective as of May 10, 2026 and were last reviewed and updated on May 10, 2026.

AMANA reserves the right to update its legal documents from time to time. Where material changes are made, AMANA will provide notice to users by email or via the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated document constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

All of AMANA’s legal documents, including these Contact & Legal Notices, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with AMANA’s legal documents shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 9 below.

⚠️ Applicable courts and dispute resolution forum are subject to local legal review. Users in the EU may benefit from mandatory local consumer protection provisions that cannot be waived by contract. Users should seek independent legal advice regarding their rights in their jurisdiction.

AMANA is a technology company providing a SaaS professional networking platform. For the avoidance of doubt, AMANA is NOT any of the following:

A licensed recruiter
A licensed employment agency
A licensed investment adviser
A licensed insurance provider
A government body or official authority
A chamber of commerce

AMANA does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, professional, or any other regulated advice of any kind. Any information appearing on the AMANA platform — including company profiles, posts, and user-generated content — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Users should conduct their own due diligence and seek qualified professional advice before entering into any business relationship, transaction, or commercial arrangement.

9. Dispute Resolution

For any complaint or dispute arising from use of the AMANAplatform, users are encouraged to first contact AMANA directly at contact@amana-uae.com, with the subject line “Dispute — [Your Name].”

AMANA will make good-faith efforts to acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and to resolve disputes within 30 calendar days of receiving a complete description of the issue. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct correspondence within this period, parties may pursue available legal remedies.

⚠️ Formal dispute resolution procedures, including arbitration and mediation requirements, are subject to local legal review. These procedures may be updated following legal review.
