Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs all use of the AMANA platform (amana.network) and its related services, features, and applications (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Denhill International LLC, registered at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates("AMANA", "we", "us", "our").

This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including individuals, companies, guests, and subscribers, regardless of subscription tier. By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.

This Policy supplements and forms part of AMANA's Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

The Platform may be used only for the following purposes, and only in a manner that is lawful, professional, and consistent with these policies:

• Lawful professional and business networking
• Creating accurate, truthful professional or company profiles
• Discovering, connecting with, and messaging other professionals
• Sharing professional posts, updates, job opportunities, and industry knowledge
• Submitting genuine, valid Trade License documents for review through the AMANA Verified program
• Using AMANA features and services purchased under a valid, active subscription plan

Any use of the Platform that falls outside the above permitted purposes, or that violates this Policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law, is strictly prohibited.

All users must comply with the following requirements at all times:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information at registration and throughout use
• Use your real legal name, or your company's legal registered name
• Maintain only one personal account on the Platform
• Promptly update your profile and account information when it changes
• Not create accounts for non-existent individuals, companies, or entities
• Not create accounts on behalf of another person or entity without their express, documented consent
• Not use another person's identity, or claim to represent a company or organization, without proper authorization
• If holding AMANA Verified status, keep your Trade License current and provide an updated document before expiry to maintain active verification

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may constitute fraud under applicable law. AMANA treats violations in this category with the utmost seriousness:

• Creating fake, misleading, or fictitious profiles or company pages
• Submitting false, forged, altered, expired, or fabricated Trade License documents for verification purposes
• Presenting an expired Trade License as current or valid
• Misrepresenting qualifications, experience, company size, revenue, services offered, or any other material professional characteristic
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account bans, restrictions, or promotional limits
• Impersonating any person, company, authority, or regulatory body
• Using the AMANA Verified badge in a misleading manner or in any unauthorized context
• Claiming verification status that has not been formally granted by AMANA
• Presenting fake reviews, ratings, endorsements, or recommendations
• Manipulating platform metrics, analytics, engagement signals, or rankings through artificial or automated means

To protect the professional quality and safety of communications on the Platform, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to other users
• Using connection requests or contact features as a vehicle for mass marketing without the recipient's prior consent
• Sending the same or substantially similar message to many users in an automated or semi-automated fashion
• Using the Platform to collect email addresses or contact details of users for the purpose of conducting external mass marketing campaigns
• Sending messages that contain phishing links, malware, deceptive content, or links designed to harvest credentials or personal information

The Platform's infrastructure, data, and technical systems are proprietary. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Scraping, crawling, spidering, or harvesting any data or content from the Platform without express prior written permission from AMANA
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform
• Extracting user data to build external databases, CRM systems, lead lists, or competing products or services
• Attempting to access, tamper with, probe, or exploit AMANA's backend systems, APIs, databases, servers, or network infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code or underlying algorithms of the Platform
• Interfering with the performance, security, or availability of the Platform, including through distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, injection attacks, or similar methods
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or harmful code
• Using AMANA data or user data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial intelligence or machine learning models without express prior written permission from AMANA
• Bypassing, circumventing, or disabling rate limits, authentication mechanisms, access controls, or security features

AMANA is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful professional environment. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, stalking, or bullying any user or individual, whether publicly or through private messages
• Publishing or sending discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic, or religiously offensive content
• Posting or sending hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
• Posting defamatory, libellous, or false factual statements about any person, company, or organization
• Sharing sexually explicit, violent, graphic, or content otherwise inappropriate for a professional networking platform
• Publishing personal or confidential information about another person without their express consent (commonly known as "doxxing")
• Creating or sharing content whose primary purpose is to publicly shame, embarrass, humiliate, or damage the reputation of another user or individual

The Platform must not be used to facilitate, promote, or engage in any activity that is unlawful under any applicable law or regulation. Without limitation, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Promoting, facilitating, or engaging in any illegal activity
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or any form of financial crime
• Offering or promoting unauthorized financial services, investment schemes, or regulated financial products without the requisite licences or authorizations
• Promoting Ponzi schemes, fraudulent multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes, or pyramid schemes of any kind
• Promoting unauthorized cryptocurrency investments, initial coin offerings (ICOs), token sales, or digital asset products in violation of applicable law
• Using the Platform to facilitate bribery, corruption, kickback arrangements, or any other form of corrupt practice
• Advertising or selling illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or services prohibited under applicable law
• Facilitating human trafficking, forced labour, debt bondage, or exploitation
• Using the Platform in violation of UAE Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Cybercrime, UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), or any other applicable law or regulation
• Conducting any activity that violates applicable economic or financial sanctions administered by any competent national or international authority, including the UAE, EU, UN, OFAC, or OFSI

⚠️ Activities prohibited under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Cybercrime and related regulations are strictly prohibited on this Platform. Local legal review is required before undertaking any activity that may be subject to UAE regulatory oversight.

AMANA respects intellectual property rights and requires all users to do the same. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Posting, uploading, or sharing any content that infringes third-party copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights
• Using AMANA's trademarks, logos, branding, or other intellectual property without express prior written permission from AMANA
• Falsely claiming ownership of content, ideas, or creations that belong to a third party
• Reproducing, redistributing, republishing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without prior written authorization from AMANA or the relevant rights holder

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@amana-uae.com with full details of your claim.

The AMANA Verified badge is granted exclusively following a formal document review process conducted by AMANA. The following conduct in relation to the AMANA Verified program is strictly prohibited:

• Submitting false, forged, altered, or fabricated Trade License documents in connection with a verification application
• Reusing or resubmitting a Trade License document that has since expired as though it were current and valid
• Misrepresenting your verification status or the nature or scope of the AMANA Verified badge to other users, partners, or third parties
• Attempting to obtain or maintain the AMANA Verified badge through any deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized means
• Claiming AMANA Verified status that has not been formally and explicitly granted by AMANA through its official verification process

AMANA reserves the right to revoke the Verified badge at any time without notice if any of the above violations are identified, or if a previously valid document is found to have lapsed or become inaccurate.

AMANA is designed exclusively for legitimate business and professional networking. All users are required to:

• Use the Platform only for genuine, lawful business and professional purposes
• Represent their business, role, and professional background accurately and honestly in all interactions
• Refrain from using the Platform to promote pyramid schemes, fraudulent MLM structures, or any business model designed primarily to recruit participants rather than sell legitimate products or services
• Respect the professional and commercial nature of the Platform in all content and communications
• Refrain from engaging in high-pressure sales tactics, aggressive solicitation, harassment of other users for commercial purposes, or predatory business practices targeting members of the AMANA community

All content published on the Platform — including posts, profile information, messages, comments, and uploaded documents — must meet the following standards:

• Professional in tone, presentation, and subject matter
• Accurate and truthful, not misleading or deceptive
• Compliant with applicable law in all relevant jurisdictions
• Free from hate speech, discrimination, harassment, threats, or content targeting any protected characteristic
• Free from false, defamatory, libellous, or maliciously misleading statements about any person, company, or organization
• Free from unsolicited commercial content that is irrelevant to the poster's legitimate professional activities
• Not constituting or promoting spam, pyramid schemes, fraudulent investment offers, or other deceptive commercial propositions

AMANA reserves the right to remove any content that does not meet these standards, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.

If you become aware of conduct on the Platform that you believe violates this Policy, we encourage you to report it promptly. To submit a violation report:

AMANA will investigate all reports in good faith. However, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, enforcement action, or response timeline. All reports are treated confidentially to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into and forms an integral part of AMANA's Terms of Service. Any violation of this Policy constitutes a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in enforcement action as described in both documents.

This Policy should be read together with AMANA's Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time.

AMANA reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with the process set out in the Terms of Service.
